Julie will be teaching the Oui jar weaving along with some Kumihimo for those interested in learning this Japanese braiding that can be used as a rim.

Debbie Wilsonwill be teaching Undulating Gourd at the June and July Meetings. She will provide gourds , prepped and ready to go, dyed in a neutral brown or black, spokes inserted and glued, and a variety of weaving materials. If participants would like to add their own stuff, feel free. She is charging $48.00.

The fee for this basket is $50. I am making kits, providing the flowers, ribbon, and stain. So $50 is a steal since I will be painting the handle black. All you have to do is weave. Can't beat that.
The catch is you must sign up and PAY at the April meeting next week. So, stop reading this and go put your money or your checkbook in your purse so you will have it on Tuesday. I am no longer accepting IOU's!!! IOU's are too much like UFO's. Good intentions but not always completed. There is additional information in the email that was sent out.

We will be making the Nancy Jacobs Mini Muffin Basket
We will be meeting on December 12, 2023 for our annual Christmas Party. We will have a potluck lunch, Dirty Santa and the biggest raffle ever. Please plan on attending.
We will be making the Bird's Nest ornament. Beverly Vickers has kindly shared her tutorial for our use.
We will be working with pine needles and the pieces with altered paper that we made last month.
We will learn how to make altered paper using National Geographic magazines and CitraSolv. We will then decoupage the paper onto gourd pieces, bases etc.
